I have a random thing to tell iamshadow because i was reminded by our first conversation:

I went to a Shavuot study at the synagogue on Tuesday night, and there were posters that we took down at the end.

The were held up with that blue tack stuff. I asked the rabbi if she wanted it back and she said I could keep it.

Yay Blutak! Just don't eat it - it doesn't taste nice, or burn it - it smells funky. That probably tells you more about my teenage stimming habits that you wanted to know, but most things did end up in my mouth or set on fire at some point.

I set nearly everything on fire when I was a teenager, at least a little. I'd also buy boxes of those kitchen matches and sit outside and light them for the smell. I LOVE the smell of struck matches.

I have to admit, I love living in a house with an open fire. We use it all winter for heating, and it's burning right now in front of me. Awesome.
